We stayed overnight at the Nitmiluk National Park Campground just 30 north-east of Katherine. The campground is just 5 minutes by feet from the Katherine River, so we decided to take a day off from the motorbikes and swop to the canoe. With the day pass at $84 for a double canoe you can visit the Katherine River and three of his beautiful gorges by yourself.
