Our lunch-break we had at the Wangi Falls which are because of its easy
access the most popular visitor attraction of the park. There are two falls
which cascade into a cool, freshwater pool and we enjoyed to have a swim
because of the hot weather here at the moment.
Hello little blue winged kookaburra!! On the way back to the motorbike we
met this bird which wasn't shy at all.

Tolmer Falls (Litchfield NP NT - 15/10)
The Tolmer Falls are one of the most spectacular falls of Litchfield
National Park. The fall has less water in the moment because it is the dry
season till November. There is no public access to the bottom of the falls
as this is home to several colonies of two rare and protected bat species,
the Ghost Bat and the Orange Horseshoe Bat.

friends were mosquitos, toads, spiders and potential snakes: hard to sleep
there!!!
